One of the most iconic buildings along the 65km long Belgian coastline has to be the Grand Casino Knokke. The 1930’s Modernist gem is Belgium’s biggest casino and while it includes artwork by Keith Haring, René Magritte and Paul Delvaux, the most eye-catching element is definitely it’s seaside facade, which recently received a spectacular retro renovation thanks to WESound.

Their team designed and installed bespoke wooden panels that house 12 CHAUVET DJ Festoon 2 RGB and 24 Festoon 2 RGB EXT extensions, hidden behind glass sheets to protect them from the elements.

Keeping the classic bulb look of the casino, the new RGB setup is more energy friendly and allows pixelmapped macros and colour changes to match special holidays or corporate colours for different events.
